Welcome to the debut recipe from Château de Riolas — a lovingly restored 19th-century estate in the heart of Southwest France. We’re delighted to share one of our most requested house specialties: our signature Château Granola. This wholesome, artisanal blend has become a guest favorite, served each morning in our sunlit dining room overlooking centuries-old oaks.

Crafted with toasted oats, honey from local hives, roasted nuts, and dried Gascon fruits, it captures the soul of our region — rustic, refined, and deliciously nourishing. Whether enjoyed with farm-fresh yogurt or sprinkled over stewed prunes and cream, it’s a taste of the good life at Riolas.
